How Appointments Are Reserved

• A credit or debit card is required to secure Quinceañera appointments.
• No charge is applied at the time of booking.
• Your card will only be charged if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance at no charge.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
• This policy helps us respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other families waiting for appointments.
   

Walk-Ins

• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Walk-in fittings may be limited and do not guarantee a private fitting room or stylist.
• For the full fitting experience, we recommend booking an appointment.
