Appointment Policy
To provide every guest with a personalized and unrushed experience, we reserve a private fitting room and a dedicated stylist for each appointment.
How Appointments Are Reserved
- A credit or debit card is required to secure Quinceañera appointments.
- No charge is applied at the time of booking.
- Your card will only be charged if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance at no charge.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
- This policy helps us respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other families waiting for appointments.
Walk-Ins
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Walk-in fittings may be limited and do not guarantee a private fitting room or stylist.
- For the full fitting experience, we recommend booking an appointment.
