Appointments are highly recommended so an experienced stylist will be able to assist you.

• A $25 refundable booking deposit is required to reserve a private fitting room and personal stylist for Quinceañera appointments only.

• The deposit will be applied toward your purchase or issued as store credit when you attend your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

• Late cancellations, late reschedules, late arrivals, and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and ensure you receive the full experience.

• Prom appointments follow a separate booking process and policies.
