All quinceañera dresses are final sale.
Due to the nature of these garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges on quinceañera dresses.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and assist.
Prom Dresses

All prom dresses are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges
We allow size exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
- Dress must be unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached
- Exchange is subject to inventory availability
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
Defective Items
