Many of our prom dresses are available for immediate purchase from our in-store inventory. Additional sizes and colors may be available through special order, depending on the designer.
Not all dresses displayed on our website are available in-store. Online listings may include styles, sizes, and colors available through our designers but not currently stocked at our boutique.

🛍️ Complimentary 24-Hour Dress Holds
We understand that choosing the perfect prom dress is an important decision!
As a courtesy, we offer a complimentary 24-hour hold on select in-stock prom dresses.
- No deposit is required.
- Holds are limited to one dress per customer.
- Holds automatically expire after 24 hours.
- Extensions or renewals are not available.
- Once the hold expires, the dress will be released for sale.
This policy allows our customers time to make their decision while keeping our collection available to other shoppers.
📦 Special Orders & Deposits
If your preferred dress is not available in our store, we may be able to order it directly from the designer.
- A 50% deposit is required to place a special order.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the dress is released to the customer.
- Special orders are final sale, subject to applicable law.
- All orders depend on designer availability.
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We strongly recommend ordering early to allow sufficient time for delivery and any necessary alterations.

💳 Final Sale & Exchange Policy
All prom dress purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law.
Size exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:
- The exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- All special orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except as required by law.
If you believe your dress has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so our team can review the issue. This request does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Alterations may be necessary to achieve your desired fit and are not included in the dress purchase price unless expressly stated.
Alteration pricing and completion times depend on the dress design, the work required, and appointment availability.
